Templemere boasts a rare community spirit built from like minded people working together for better living. To keep the estate as it was intended there are legally binding covenants.
Common queries:
Buy-to-lets are not permitted.
Extensions, garden studios, conservatories are not permitted.

TRSL is responsible for maintenance and management of the estate, items of which include:
Window cleaning, gutter clearing, soak away cleaning (excluding rear gardens), tree management, communal gardens, paths, roads, lighting and electrics, shared aerials, painting schedule.
Every house is subject to a yearly maintenance fee which covers costs associated with the above list.

Templemere is well known for its excellent community events. These are seasonal gatherings that residents are invited to. From bonfire night to visits from Father Christmas our events cater for the whole family.
Monthly ‘Woods Day’ is an opportunity to help with managing our woodland in accordance to the Woodland Management Plan. Activities include clearing brambles and paths, making wildlife habitats and coppicing.
