Things to be mindful of…
Variations
Any significant variations to these designs and materials may need to be agreed by TRSL. Please email the TRSL committee with full details of the variation you wish to make along with relevant drawings and plans.
Noise
As a courtesy to your neighbours please let them know about any works which may disturb them and please keep to Elmbridge Council's guidelines about building work noise: https://www.elmbridge.gov.uk/environment/noise/demolition-and-construction-site-noise#:~:text=Guidelines%20hours,8am%20and%201pm%20on%20Saturdays
Skips
Skips may not be placed on any of the roads and a suitable location needs to be agreed with the committee, which will be in either a parking bay or garage block area and as near to the house where work is being carried out as is possible.
TRSL’s Right to Remedy
Everyone buying a house on Templemere tends to do so because they like the restrictions and want to keep to the original design. TRSL maintains the legal right to enforce the covenants contained within the Scheme of Management and any breach is dealt with on a case-by-case basis. TRSL may commence legal action to remedy a breach, and, where required, will call a special general meeting to seek shareholders’ approval to incur exceptional costs in this respect.
Amendment to the Style Guide
Future amendments to Sections 1 & 2 of the Style Guide will need to be approved by TRSL shareholders at a general meeting.
